Let me tell you. I worked at Abbott nutrition as a DM before coming here as a rep in oncology. Unfortunately I got demoted before leaving. Abbott paid better and let me be more autonomous then the micro management that happens here. The district members here are the jealous type and hope that will not be your situation. I guess people get intimidated because I managed before.
Ask for as much salary as possible because raises are poor. Being from the NY area and working in nearby Conn. Has made my transition back to the drudgery of sales easy for me.

Merck beat us to market with PD1. Just read today they got Brealthrough status at FDA for lung. They actually could beat us to market on lung! Unreal. We were so far ahead of them a few years ago. Who screwed this up?

She is notorious at BMS, which is why management likes her. The further you dig into her past the dirtier you will get. Many bodies under that bus especially from neuroscience

Most likely the same brain trust that messed up the HCV portfolio, which is dead before launch, having lost virtually all breakthrough status overnight. The mediocrity that prevails here rolls all the way up to senior leadership. Oh, wait, that's right, we're led by underlings of the Socialist nation of Italy, where being superior is not a motivation (aside from Ferrari's and Lambo's).
This company is a shell of what it once was and being an oncology powerhouse will only look that way on paper with the infinite number of reps stepping on each other's toes.
