What can you tell me about the division? Is the market doing well? Whom are the assholes to avoid and hope you don't get? I've got an interview coming up and I am just trying to get a feel for it beforehand.

What's the salary range for ASRs and Reps in division? Stryker benefits? I know there will be some smart ass remarks, but TAI for those that sincerely respond.

Does anyone know how often you are on call on the ASR role? Is it 24/7? If so, on avg how often are you called in?

Dumb ass you want to be called in. The more your called in the more you make. Laziness gets you no where. Either go all in or not at all

I'm talking about the ASR side of it, not full on sales rep

You are being hired to cover the cases the full line rep doesn't want to. Evening and weekend cases, Ect.

NSE will take the neuro products and trauma will cover facial trauma and orthognathics. Watch what synthes does....

Stay away from Jack Barnhisel! He is a true loser and a first class asshole. He loves micro manage but has little to no sales experience. He has redefined demotivation

Depuy-Synthes just laid off all RMs & AVPs in their CMF division. Merging sales force with Ortho trauma. Might be a good time to be with Stryker CMF.
