While there are MANY prevailing problems in Pfizer, Amy Schulman was far brighter (aka smarter) than everyone else. Sad to say that that Pfizer is now a boys club reminiscent of the Wyeth days. Pfizer has been taken over by Wyeth.

 

Very shortsighted view, regardless of how smart she actually is...intelligence does not equal effective leadership nor compensate for ZERO practical industry experience...now she can go back to another law firm, where she belongs

Only an ass would blame Wyeth for Pfizer's troubles. Wyeth was never, ever like this. This place is a fu*ken joke!! You must be one of those Pfizer blue bloods who now see what a joke this place is and need someone to blame. Did you take the time to read that long article about Kindler and the crap that went on around here before Wyeth. Is Wyeth to blame for the wonderful research this company did which has produced what after about 100 billion dollars. Is it Wyeth's fault Pfizer bought King??? That was a brilliant strategic acquisition. Pfizer may have been great years ago (thanks again to who they bought), but the fact they are what they are today has nothing to do with Wyeth. I don't care if Geno is part of the ELT or not. You are such an ass.

LOL, Teva is not that stupid...why would the world's largest generic company make a career lawyer their leader? Because she once looked at pictures of a research lab and a manufacturing facility? Wait, maybe because she was put in charge of a couple of Pfizer business units we were trying to sell!

 

I am just glad she is gone, whatever the reason...this company did not need another lawyer in charge of business functions, especially one who's primary interest was self-promotion

 

Amy Schulman was asked to leave because Ian did not get his Happy Meal Toy and had a senior citizen hissy fit.

The spin-off companies will be called Pharmacia, Warner-Lambert and Wyeth. Pfizer, under CIA,and threat of multi-jurisdictional litigation will be dissolved as a risk management strategy.

 

Back to ambulance chasing and shaking down corporations for settlements....and oh don't forget the Obama fundraisers at Oprah's.
