Detailing does very little

    kuddos to post #10..i work for a dr and it does not matter what you do in an office ...it matters what is covered by the pateints insurance..if a better drug is available and ins wont cover it even with a prior authorization then forget it..Dr does not want to apy staff to fight ins company..good luck being a rep..the future is not there.,.especially if you work for Pfizer....Managers are robots and expect the reps to follow there ideas...no insight to thre real world when you work for this company

    Many years ago before the lawyers and marketing teams ran companies we were able to sell by discussing features and benefits as it applied to the specific physician. We did this within package insert and were allwed to answer questions the MD had. We had healthy discussions about insurance coverage and helped them find the right pt to write for. So much as changed with robotic detailing
