Am I seeing things or does the 401k company Match Really vest after 5 years? That's insane never heard of having to wait 5 years in order to best the company match.. 5 years is like 20 in pharma years...

And the age keeps dropping...now you are a target in your early forties. By fifty, they are sure to find a way to manage you out. The entire Pharma industry is the same.
This must be your first job out of college, companies have been doing a partial vesting to get the full match within 3 to 5 years for awhile.
