Benefits question..

    Recently offered employment at Bms. I see that the pension is no longer an option for those hired after 2010. I don't see an employee share purchased plan: just wondering what the real benefits are for Bms employees. Other than the 6 percent match what are the real good benefits.. I am still looking thru the material so I haven't been able to call HR to find everything out..

    Are there ever any stock grants? End of year contributions? Just wondering why some people this Bms had a good overall package..

    There is nothing besides the match . Pitiful benefits. Terrible

    I was surprised no ESPP as well. There is a 401k and good medical benefits. 3 weeks vac + 4 float holidays. Normal insurance stuff and a credit union. But they pay better than some. Thanks about it.

    There is also a 8% annual bonus. More if things go well.

    Can you explain the 8% annual bonus? How does it work? Is it based on company or individual performance?

    Lamberto will announce a new IC plan soon, all employee bonuses will be diverted to his bonus.
