A pre call plan is equivalent to the prevent defense in football. I have seen very few prevent defenses that prevented the other team from not only scoring but scoring quickly. The true salesperson plans to have a casual conversation and convinces the client it is their idea to buy or switch not the salesperson. But of course that model has proven non proficient by PF.
I use a font that has smiley faces instead of dots on the "i"s. I also use a Hello Kitty themed Excel template
Interesting to hear others. I've noticed that the more colorful you make it the better it makes you look. I think it has become part of the game to show out with them.
