Hosed out of 2014 targeted bonus!

Do the math folks. Target bonus payout for 2014 is gone, now we get an advance instead. How much is everyone giving up next March, averages please?

 

We still get full payout in March for semester 2 of 2014

 

March 2015 bonus will be based on Semester 2 2014. Bonus payout for 2014 is not gone.

June and December 2015 to be prorated anyway. It's only the September 2015 bonus that changes. That money will be shifted into the March 2016 bonus.

 

I think they hire Jonathan Gruber from MIT to complicate the facts because we are to stupid to know better!

 

Gray hair here.....40 years in sales.....golden years......pssst : this has been going on for years when they change their minds on payout !

 

This formula for 'bonus' has always been convoluted for every pharmco...recall a national meeting where it was 4 days of hype and breakouts...finally on the last day after 4 hours of speeches (and half hour before buses left for airport) they roll out the new 'bonus' plan flipping thru spreadsheets, finalizing with 'its a great plan, sorry no time for questions, your DMs will review later, have a great trip home!' Nobody had a clue to actually how bonus would play out...par for the course.
