If there is going to be a layoff, I think it will be at least three weeks before the National Sales Meeting. Plane tickets are big expense.
Okay let's look at this realistically.Osphena Is not even performing at 25% of what the projected sales were supposed to be. We have way too many reps. Overlays need to be done away with. Even some bass rep territories need to be done away with as we'll as District managers. Brisdelle is a flop with Noven And they have the high decile docs. It's doing even worse with our lower decile docs. Of course there's going to be a downsizing. It has to happen. We have two niche products in our bag and we are way way behind projected sales. Don't be surprised if she and energy is dissolved altogether. How long is Japan going to continue to pour money into a company with nothing on the horizon in the pipeline That is losing money. It is very sad.
You are right on (this is for whoever wrote the realistic post). Thanks for posting that. At least someone in this shitty company has balls. Oh and by the way, drop it with the writing correction. Yes, all smart phones do the stupid autocorrection which is just as annoying as you are with the constant criticism. So fucking drop it and get a job as a teacher or start looking for another pharma job and you will be surprised to find a tough market with hundreds of reps fighting and interviewing for one not that great of a job.
