of those 31 % ... 9.7% belong to ackman and since those shares are purchased via insider trading that matter is in courts so those shares cannot count towards vote

so to call special meeting we need another about 5 % vote

then we will definitely question another 5 % proxies as they have not submitted trading history

while this show goes on allergan will have another block buster quarter ... remember our record breaking Q2 and your Q2 where valeant had to reduce guidance? that same will happen Q3
