why are posts and entire threads being removed off of the VRX board?

 

Some insider made call to SEC and ValueAct was selling were the rumors. So far ValueAct has denied they were selling and SEC has denied to comment. Let's see what happens on Friday.

 

The ValueAct thing is comical.

One exec says no, we aren't selling, some one said that but its wrong.

Of course, it was another ValueAct exec (Morfit) that said it, and he said it in writing, in his resignation letter which was filed with the SEC by Valeant.

To put a finer point on it, Morfit didn't say they were selling immediately, and the other exec didn't say they wouldn't sell later, just that they aren't selling [right now], so they didn't really contradict each other.

My opinion is that ValueAct will still sell.

Valeant is a one trick pony. If the one trick (acquiring companies) is no longer a company specialty as shown by the Allergan failure, no one is going to come to this show.
