Are you really surprised? This is Merck we are talking about. The same company that bought the rights to a flu vaccine that had an adverse experience profile of causing febrile seizures in young children. That didn't go over to well in the pediatric offices.

It will depend on how much emphasis is placed on gardasil9, when there's not going to be coverage till October. The train wreck came with the influx of tablet mgmt people floating in to mvd. Todd and John, ouch... That's what hurt, topped with the current reach and frequency goals. (Which were Julie's hirers, before she left)

 

We can only hope that Jacques replaces the incompetent women who were unjustifiably promoted under Julie's leadership. Julie was so blatantly biased toward women it was sickening. Colleen M, Marian W, Jan N and the new DCO have to go.

Jacques needs to fire all of the DCO's if he ever wants to make the vaccine division successful again. He needs to bring in vaccine experience, not tablet micromanagement experience.

 

HIF is just a sleazy tactic by the vaccine division to pay doctors to use more of our vaccines. We were never this desperate before the pill invasion in 2005/2006. The vaccine division has definitely lost its way.

 

Give it up. You are the person who posts negative comments across all of the MVD threads at one time. Quit living in the past. And literally quit too to live in a hole somewhere.

CTL's are more concerned with reps calling on customers that are listed in the stupid campaign lists, which are inaccurate to say the least, than actually selling vaccines to customers who are high volume or high dollars. We are now Vaccine Box Checkers rather than vaccine sales reps. Unreal.
