Now that everything is labeled, and Roger's inner circle is set, let us take the next step of continuous improvement and get on with the deep cleaning. With great anticipation, let us watch and record this hoped for element of our Transformation.

Let's hope the right bunch of idiots gets the axe. Every time we ' ve cleaned house of upper management or reorged in the past 1o years we' ve gotten it wrong. Unfortunately I'm not confident that this group if MRL "leaders" can do anything right, and policing themselves is certainly not something they do very well. We always get rid of the good people and keep the turds like Tillyer, Vessey, Hill, Hunter, Parmee and many more - criteria for staying seems to be how much ass you are willing to kiss and will you do your boss' bidding blindly and obediently even if he/she is wrong. No confidence that they will do what's best for MRL, they haven't for ten years. More about themselves and how to eliminate potential completion and preserve their own little fiefdoms .

 

Careful now, if Mrs Vessey catches you she will tie you up and feed you cupcakes until you apologize to Rupert.

Vessey is least issue in the bunch and agree we need a strong anti fungal to eliminate. Incompetence at this level is unimaginable. AH fits in and reports of listed fall in line no matter the ridiculous order. The manipulation, back stabbing, purposeful targeting of those who speak, short term vision and self preservation at levels are mind blowing. No one questions anything due to fear and this is why MRL morale and environment is poor. Change can do you good. With change, instantaneously the place turns around.
