The only thing that describes the culture and leadership here is 'toxic' .... Nothing more. It starts at the top and filters right down...

Novartis has created a dysfunctional culture based upon a belief that people from Ivy League schools (i.e. Yale, Columbia) top MBA programs (i.e. Wharton, Kellogg) and premium tier consulting firms (i.e. McKinsey, BCG) are the chosen few that understand what it takes to be successful . - Cultivated liberal attitude, wanting to advocate on behalf of the working class while being unable to hold a simple conversation with anyone in it

- Incapable of talking or having relationships to people who aren’t like them

- Taught to think that measures of intelligence, academics, and projects are measures of value in some moral or metaphysical sense

- Inculcates a false sense of self-worth. Learn to think in terms of those numbers, events, grades, or scores vs character or acheivement

- Biased in analytical intelligence, but lacking in social intelligence and emotional intelligence and creative ability.

- No true sense of true accountability or consequence as a result of a distorted perception of responsibility

- Fear those with potential to be more innovative, insightful, or successful, thus requiring their micro-management or removal

- To assure that their noble drive is respected, a cold logic approach is employed supported by unjustifiably claims that are implemented by manipulating causes and individuals against one another.

Exactly. Ultra liberal Ivy League is another urban myth. A place for shithead rich boys and girls with a few affirmative action minorities thrown in. Education there no better than Mississippi ag and tech, just more expensive. Another place to hide the dumb rich kids for four years until daddy can get them a job.

Exactly!!!! They have no self awareness at all and no substantial view of reality or accountability . Insanity!!!! When a drug doesn't do well it's the fields fault....never because their initiatives were so messed up. The field tries to speak up but you get chased away if you do. So it keeps happening over and over with the same damn results. Insanity!!!
