So how is it going for everyone in picking 45 accounts in the (6-10) concierge, 20-25 key etc. Some people have more some have A LOT LESS. WTF? I am over and was basically told to just pick whatever I think is best and turn the rest over to inside sales. One of my team doesn't have even close to the number of concierge and key accounts and was told to just put accounts in the slots and don't worry about how she is suppose to make goal. This is bullshit!,! What the he'll is leadership thinking????
Um, I'm going to predict that they won't make goal....but what else is new. I'm also going to guess that some of the accounts that get turned over to inside sales are going to be pissed that they were 'dropped'
