Why isn't anyone talking about the SCAM!

I am surprised that no one had anything to say about the double bonus scam that leadership incentivized us with. I,for one, am not that stupid and I can pretty much predict that we will hit our sales goal. Too bad this company thinks it's ethical to dangle the carrot of doubling our bonus in front of us, motivate us to work harder, then saying, sorry...we lied.
I don't buy the "we wanted to reward you with your hard work so we are going to pacify you with a lower bonus amount, but one that is still better than nothing".
What a disgrace. An absolute disgrace. Come on leadership team...you should know better.
