Managers are a joke. Dont line med reps, want to hire pharmDs who dont make crap anyway. From a sales perspective they are WAY tooo heavy on their "science'. It works guys; thats enough, now go sell it.
the now go sell it is the problem.
Have heard Heidi does not return calls, etc. Intimidated by strong reps from device.
Love the "Company and drug", management could be better.

Agree with above post. Middle management is a joke,
They should of promoted the good sales reps to management instead of going to the out

Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Announces Receipt of FDA Warning Letter

PARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 25, 2014-- Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc. “We take regulatory compliance very seriously and believe that our current labeling supports the claims being challenged by the FDA,” said Dave Stack, president, chief executive officer and chairman of Pacira. “We plan to explain our position to the FDA and will provide an update upon resolution of these issues.”

EXPAREL is indicated for single-dose infiltration into the surgical site to produce postsurgical analgesia in adult patients 18 years of age or older.

Why don't you guys comment about the merits and impacts of the Warning Letter instead of just bitching about your bosses and your pay? You reps are all the same, a bunch of children. I wish this industry would update the sales model and do away with you the way Uber is doing away with cab drivers. You add next to no value.

Don't know who you are but if you think you can drive this drug without sales reps you are in
A different planet... We have few SA s that are good,,,the education specialist don't add value

Yes we bitch....if you bring 4 to 5 mil in the door and make under 100 base ,,,that's crap.
I made all this happen,,,,just me,,,,no one else...yes i did have a few questions that an SA
Had to respond. ,,,I could of done it myself,,,if it was compliant to do so.

Yes the model is going to change,,,,but pay your sales people that put this drug on the map.

It was my experience and relationships that made this happen,,,my driving thousands
Of miles, my getting up at 3 am to be in a first case by 7am, my week ends plotting
Best practices and road maps to success, Not middle management administration
Account plans,,,not a few. Questions answered by an SA, not getting some help
    Inservicing...
I made it happen, I closed for the commitment to use,my sell the benefits of Experal..

Sorry to burst your bubble, but everything that is promoted is approved by the FDA. So put that in your pipe and smoke it.

So when the FDA finishes their smack down on Pacira and you HAVE to stop promoting off label are you going to keep making your numbers and getting your bonuses or what? Does this thing sell itself or are reps driving the sales curve with mostly off label promotion? Is management going to get this right or screw it up? Seems like docs love this drug, but can't tell where it goes after Warning Letter...
