Not even close dumbass..worst mistake ever was some stupid lawyer telling the corporate dipshit Ray Gilfartin to pull Vioxx! That one makes buying Schering Poo look like a bargain!

 

It wasn't the lawyer. Look at who was in safety then and know they are not now. THAT is who played the recall card. The FDA and the lawyers were good with the black box approach.

This was just another one of your own mistakes, just like the many that preceded and will repeat themselves again. Merck's problems began 10 years before this merger.
