You do realize there are RIFED employees and past stock holders who are VERY upset about how things have gone recently right? These are people with lives and families and the post you made seems to almost ignore the fact that many people have been hurt both financially and emotionally here. You almost act like these people never even existed and did not have a right to vent. Even if you pretend these people do not exist they do and have feelings and are human beings. And just as a "for your information", it makes people even more angry when you post posts like you just did.
Who cares about the stockholoders? Their greed and parasitic effect on our company is to blame for you riff'ed ones. They were stupid enough to throw their money in-and then short.
If you knew anything about the stock market and stocks you would know 99% of the retail stock holders who were long holders had no control over what happened and the choices that were made. The blame lies directly on the BOD and Management in making poor decisions. The stockholders had almost no warning of the BK. That is the hard part to swallow considering most companies will issue a going concern warning or some type of communication to the stockholders in advance over their concerns regarding their ability to continue as a functioning business.
Those problems you blame on management were mostly caused by location personnel, many of which are no longer with us. Hopefully, many past mistakes are therefore moot. And as I said, the stockholders nickel and dimed us to death.
Wow, everyone who was riffed at a lower level will sure feel good about that statement. Especially all the csr people who were let go because of going to one instead of two at their location. And stockholders do not force a company to be "nickel and dimed"? Do you even understand how stock in a public company works? Just say everything is the opposite of what it is and pretend down is up and thats the way it is. Quite the scape goat scenario.
You seem to know alot. Notice all the views on the right hand side of this thread. I am guessing most of those views are past and present employees. Just something to consider about how the company is going to be viewed with your statements about how things are and were. Especially by people who are out there everyday doing the grunt work at the location level.
