How are commissions paid for sales reps? Monthly? And do you have to hit goals etc. to receive commission or do you get a % of everything you sell? Thanks.
Your first three months you are paid $12 per point whether you hit goal or not. After that, you must hit 85% of your target goal to get paid but you get paid $20 per point.
Apria has completely redone their commission structure for 2015. This information posted in this thread is now outdated.
Are we even gonna get paid commission for January since we haven't "officially" gotten our quotas yet???
Are the goals at least reasonable? I don't mind busting my hump as long as they aren't asking for the impossible
