They are. Talk with your old training buddies in different areas, whether they are FSR or Retail. They are very uneasy about the future. Less reps = less DMs or relocation or getting bumped down to a rep or just cut outright. You can smell their collective fear.

One thing is for certain, the longterm intent ia hiding in plain sight. Actavis is set to be the leading SPECIALTY pharma company...retail will be all slashed deep in the near future and/or outriggt and replaced with a small contract force.

August is the time, get ready.

RD on lunch break here: These nonsensical posts have to end, please forego your picking on us in upper management and get out on the street and sell some product, remember 35% fake calls is unacceptable. Management can save your ass you cannot.

I didn't realize the future of this company, Linzess, is a specialty driven drug. Last time I checked pcp docs were driving the business, along with bystolic, MDD, and our copd line. Kind of hard to grow those products in a specialty only environment.

Shut up u dumb rep. Don't act like u know more then your DM or RD. we are in are positions cause we work hard and know are business. You, on the other are lazy and don't know how to treat people. Wise up and show respect or we will get rid of you.

If fake calling on docs was hard then I've been definitely overworked. Working hard is an oxymoron in pharmaceutical sales, you idiot.

Specialty driven is a better way to put it. A smaller number of highly trained reps with bigger territories that will carry a larger amount of drugs and primarily call on specialists + high volume "Big" PCP's. Drugs will be sold according to the market place, if a certain drug isn't going to be written then it won't be promoted and those resources will be used elsewhere.

All other Dr's + samples + some lunches etc will be taken care of by a much smaller PCP force that will eventually become a contract force and that will eventually be phased out and replaced with direct mail, DTC advertising and the online stuff.

10-13% cuts at this particular moment, that's true, but the number of cuts will continue in the future.

NEW EMAIL OUT REGARDING SALES LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE....ABD's specifically...

Looks like ABDs found out today which means RDs find out within thr next week and DM/Reps week after that.

It also looks like some ABDs got punched amd CR gets bumped up to Specialty Director. After seeing this email you gotta believe RD and DM leadership is peeong down their collective legs....the axe is coming.

Also worth pointing out that everyone who claimed their was a 2-3 week delay of the reorg is officially an idiot and a r*****. Congratulations idiots, you guys are retarded.

RD on lunch break: Nonsense the RD and DM team will remain intact. Only expect some upward promotions of DMs to new RDs. The axe will fall on our poorly performing reps. Expect HR to be getting the word out that the Rep field team has failed miserably with a 35% + fake call rate. The goal of 11 calls a day is NOT overly demanding and some reps cannot even make three a day. As a stockholder I would demand accountability from the Reps and this will happen very soon. August 1 is not far away.

Shit got reorg'd and quick. Looks like there is no delay and that there was never a delay. Just more CafePharma idiots posting shit.

    All is on track.

    "Know are business"
Wow... It's OUR, but you already know that (being such a successful and knowledgeable manager)
