Great meeting, but we have our work cut out for us. We are an elite company, and will need to stay focused in 2014 to get it done. I am planning on Presidents trophy next year!
There will always be a complainer in any group, glass half empty types. Atrium people for the most part are a welcome addition to the team. Meeting was very positive!
The glory days of Maquet have long ago dwindled. There's business with the company because it's well branded. A company with a brand and old product line tarnishes with age and has now become a commodity. It's good to have a positive attitude but unless there are new products there's a glass sealing that this company cannot touch.
Management can always hire old drunks fresh off their high wire from boozing it up at other companies. Certainly they could always hit quota, but of course that in the long term would only hurt company image.
That sales meeting will go down as the lowest point of my professional career, what a rude awakening to a shit hole of a company, Atrium guy
