Would you stop????? Not true. But Shannon might be. That depends if they decide to keep 3 RDs for Teflaro. IT may be reduced to two.

Shannon is so not qualified to be RD! However, this makes her the perfect choice.

I agree with you. How has she survived the cuts? Completely useless

How has she survived? How do so many useless people survive in ISF1?? I can name five people whose expiration dates have long expired

    Ok....name them!

IMO, ISF1 could be thinned. Every layer could take a hit: I can see 2 RD's, 16 DM's, and 140 reps which means cutting 1 RD, 5-6 DM's, and about 2 dozen reps. Trainers - cut them all....please!

Shannon is very phony. She has a really bad attitude and brings NOTHING to the table where antibiotics are concerned. She needs to be let go immediately

Why stop there!! What value does April provide?? She knows nothing about hospitals or anti-infectives. Her focus on calls shows her retail mentality. Can her first!!

very true! also get rid of the marketing team

Btw, its Brian Klea and he knows more about antibiotics than all 3 RD's combined. It shows that old Forest cares little about actual competence for a position. Hopefully Actavis will not be as stupid!

Lets just hope Brent sees through it all and rejuvenates them and brings in people that know hospitals and anti-infectives. Because the real truth is that with all the expertise of these so called antibiotic people TF is only a 70 million drug. Way below what anyone expected. Lets get some new fresh eyes and ideas on the product and make it better.

The antibiotic market is significantly different than it was even 5 years ago. Teflaro is an amazing drug that will continue to succeed despite the colossal failure of the marketing team. You cannot compare the uptake of Teflaro even with drugs like cubicin because the climate has changed so much. Antibiotic sales typically peak 13 years post launch unlike retail drugs which peak around 6 years. Lets just get some people who actually have a clue to lead our team!!
