I hope upper mgmt realizes no one in NYC/LI corporate are working

    RD monitoring on off-hours: Management is aware that over 35% of calls are fake. Steps are being taken to fire the reps not putting in specified work hrs; faking calls; inappropriate behavior with coworkers (sex activities in company property / cars; forging signatures; spending hrs on porn websites; faking sick days; negative posts on this site; and numerous others). We the management call upon all reps to report these. Activities to your DM or HR. You will be rewarded with bonus and Pclub points.

    Good for you! Not only would I not work, but I would make copious and free use of color printers, office supplies and phones (this is a good time to have nice,long and leisurely phone calls with friends and relatives overseas). Plus, I would take long lunch breaks, come in at 9 and leave at 5 on the dot. This is more than what these corporate raiders deserve after pocketing millions of dollars for 'success of merger'. But of course, you'll have some poor fool who still believes in the 'American dream' and defends these parasites by saying that they got to where they are because of 'hard work'. How delusional. Hard work no longer gets you anywhere in this country, so the best you can do is to work the system and take them for everything they have. Good luck to you all!

    Sr RD monitoring on off-hours: The RD is correct. You can help yourself by reporting any negative activities.

    To SR RD, 9:26 am last time I checked was company time and not off hours. In complying with your request but in a single act of kindness as well I will encourage you to self report, or please reply with your employee ID so we can turn you in to the appropriate ABD. Whomever that person is once their announced I'm sure will comply with the no blow back rule that legacy forest has had in place. Good day sir or madam.

    Ha HA HA HA HA!!!!!!! I know my two partners and myself have been working other jobs knowing that we are going to be cut! Don't be fooled, make as much money as you can because you will be cut and you better be prepared to save every dime!!!! BTW.....HR can BLOW ME!!!!!

    Watch what u say about HR. we r hear too protect the company and F the reps. We have an unusual set of skills too track u down. If u do the right things, we won't track u down, we won't find u and we won't fire u. If u dont do the right things, we will track u, we will find u and we will punish u.

    HR. Here- we are not amused by your post. We members of HR DO NOT give BJs to reps
    That is unprofessional and reserved for private off-hours enjoyment. HR is in an uncomfortable situation spying on our own reps. Please refrain from the BJ and misbehaving work practices. You will force HR to track you down with web surveillance tools we have been trained on. Also can fund IT to help us.

    To be completely honest nobody on my team is working either. We are all starting late and finishing early. All we care about is getting quick signatures so we can hurry to the next office, then hurry home. My DM and RD think we are working harder than ever too. It's kind of hilarious. We got a voicemail from our RD recognizing my team for how hard we are working lol. I don't think a single one of us have actually detailed any of our drugs in over a month.

    To all those who are working, I commend you. You are a better person than I because I can't bring myself to working a full day until i know more info about my job.

    True, interview or grow a territory that someone else may be inheritinge. I sell where i can, grab sigs and apply for jobs in preparation for a rainy day.

    I hope we're all kept. Im one of the lucky few who have a manager guilty of sin and i hope they stay.

    HR reviewer: These last two posts speak well of the challenge we as HR have. A massive culture of non workers using Foractavis as a entitlement program . This will end soon and DMs are checking these sites. Expect IT to track down some guilty posters.

    DM here: There have been many anecdotal reports of sexual activity ON THE PREMISES ON COMPANY TIME. Your post indicates you obtained sexual favors off premises, but was it on company time? We management do not condone BJs during work hrs as it has been found to lead to sloppy work habits and jealousy from co workers, including the female uplines. Please keep posts like this off the website.
