VRX rose 3.11 percent to $112.57 in early afternoon trading after finding at $106 earlier this week. Shares haven't been below $80 since May 2013. Total option volume is triple the usual levels so far today, according to Depth Charge
It's a protection trade (put/call collar) for large VRX holder. Good insurance for going into the fall.
