Is cramer's stance changing? He seemed more against the deal a while back but seems to be backing off that stance? Thoughts?
Cramer is/was never for the deal. He says he believes Pyott's claim of being able to return good shareholder value as a standalone. But for Cramer, it's a tepid endorsement. Remember that Pyott is a friend of the Mad Money show and Cramer (wisely) tends to speak kindly of his CEO guests.
