Had 2 docs write my drug for my family

    The docs never saw them. I needed the numbers. I think my manager might know. Will I be fired? Was this legal?

    Sounds like the old SmithKline days..."get an Rx at any cost". If what you are saying is true and you felt pressure to produce "sales numbers", a quick anonymous call to the DOJ should do the trick. If it's not true then you are a major D-bag!

    Can they fire me for this? Are my docs in legal trouble? One of my relatives turned on me and is threatening to sue the doctor to get cash.

    This is good news! Tell them to contact the Department of Health and Human Services. They are the ones who enforce the CIA not the DOJ.
