My opinion is this:SKB had a very rough and tumble sales approach. Hard close on every call...regardless if product was appropriate. Their management style was "sell or else"! As long as you tiered you were a god. Anything less and look to b placed on a PIP. This style is the main reason for the corruption we see today. Voucher abuse, lying about physician addresses in order to inflate market share, etc. Ultimately it led to the CIA. Look at China. Corruption and horrible management has led us to where we are today. (primarily at the hands of SKB). GlaxoWellcome was not a perfect organization. However, the level of honesty, integrity, and do the right thing mentality was far, far, FAR superior to that of SKB.

By the way, SKB's success was really at the hands of their scientists. When you have an Augmentitn, an antibiotic that is essentially 1st line, how can you lose. Another words, a one eyed monkey with an IQ of 2 could sell that. SKB, what a damn shame! You continue to poison this organization!

Obviously someone who was let go after the merger and still hasn't let go of it. So the China corruption problem was because of SKB? How stupid can you sound?

Of course the comment was right-wing. You say that like its a slur? Capitalism is right wing; socialism is left wing. Every step the company and the government have taken to the left has made employees worse off. Thousands were fired in this industry dont you know? the rest of us have less pay, less opportunity. Customers have less choice and higher costs. Knee jerk? Tell that to the people who lost their insurance, their job, had hours cut under 30 per week. Patient First... Lefty programs always have BS names

America is in a coma! Low information voters dictate our future direction. Too much government and not enough personal responsibility will be our demise. Be ambitious for the patient! WTF No it's bail our poor leaders out of the mess they put us in. The fire is getting hotter in the kitchen DC & JB.
