Diedre going on stage with very little to no applause would be a very loud sound. Same with the other Senior management individuals. This is the only way any of us can get the point across that we don't approve of the way this company is being managed. Lack of applause can't be swept under the rug like the Engagement Survey results. Fake clap if you're afraid of your DM. However, chances are the FLL's would silently support the effort. We can do this.

Let this quote give you strength and courage as you sit silently in Chicago:

"No matter what may be the ability of the leader, if he(she for DD) loses the confidence of his subordinates, disaster must sooner or later ensue."
    General R.E. Lee
Letter to Jefferson Davis, 8 August 1863

YAWN.......your little silence campaign last time fell flat and it will again this time. By the way, repeatedly commenting on your own thread and agreeing with yourself is lame and tired. Get some new material.

I just won't show up at the big tent. I Didn't in Orlando. How cool would it be if the place was half empty when she took the stage?

Push back in your own ways. Bail on the big tents or don't clap. Can't wait to see how they spin the Breo failure. It's going to take everything in my power to not laugh in her face. Morale is way lower than it was in Orlando. I expect you'll see some type of pushback from the sales force.

If they don't do anything then they'll just go home and show it by not working and letting Anoro fail too. The morale fabric of this company has been broken. Won't be long till the shareholders want blood here and force the leadership to get the boot.

Your plan fell flat in Florida and it will yet again in Chicago. Most of us are happy here. If you are not, feel free to take a job somewhere else.

Wrong. Most people are not happy here. 87% said they would not recommend anyone coming and working here. Each semester it gets worse and worse too. Failed launches. IC comp plan that no one understands. Gender/diversity preferential treatment. Tests, KPI's, simulations.

Most of us hate it here. The sooner you end your denial and accept that changes need to be made the better. If you continue the denial this place will go down in flames and the leadership will be terminated. Your choice.

I would guess that almost 99.9% of the sim/assessment takers do not like it here. Bring on the survey!!!

No this is the gimme gimme corporate GSK generation. Gimme more worthless reports, more tests, more metrics, and more calls. In return we will pay you less bonus dollars and give you pathetic raises and tell you that you should feel lucky you have a job. Nice culture. You are a total toolbag. Enjoy those anemic Breo sales!

There's the "don't like it leave" mantra. Nice attitude. That'll really motivate the troops. And you wonder why these launches are failing. You all need to go before GSK is destroyed.

Hey ding-a-ling - exits could easily by facilitated by......something the gutless wonders in leadership are foolishly avoiding. Short of that - never, ever quit!
