The dead weight & losers were dismissed, so now what?

None of this is funny in the least. For people with short severance and heavy expenses the consequences can be dire within a very short time. Check the cost of healthcare on the open market; its almost close in cost to the size of a mortgage payment. In some states like NY the UI is minuscule, NJ is almost double NY and PA is between the two.

This is horrific for people who were good and dedicated workers, and who certainly did not deserve to lose their jobs. Many people do not fit into the dead weight, loser category. The process behind how this was done leaves many questions.

Look, unless you're a complete idiot you should have long since figured out that your performance or effort has absolutely nothing to do with your status as an employee. Haven't you noticed that the best reps were among the first to go?

I thought all the dead weight and losers were let go and retired during the first wave five years ago? That whoever remained then were winners and Einsteins.

Now your CTL told you this last round of layoff is to get rid of the "dead weight and losers" and you actually believe it?
