The PC group will be down to less than 450 by years end - I am working on selecting those to be terminated and will have the list into Ken by the end of next week and to HR the week after - better start looking NOW don't wait for the action to occur - more to come.

All the big Pharma companies caused this when they started piling reps on top of each other from around 1998. The companies were then shocked when docs started saying no to reps. Imagine a doc not wanting to see an Allegra rep everyday! The big companies started this mess and now have to fix it. Unfortunately at the expense of a lot of reps.

The decline started long before Obama ran for President.

Find some other silly excuse, or educate yourself on this company and industry.

The only thing you are working on is putting together a sign and deciding what corner to stand on......

Are you in your 20's and just joined Merck? The decline started way before Obama became the president. I called on one of the first HMO test pilot in the early 80's and that was the beginning of formulary and the tiered system.
