Is Zella the Yeller Really pushed out of training !!!

Please corroborate. She is the antithesis of clinical training.

 

Yes out of GHH and however still with Merck. Landed in a new position within Merck Manufacturing Divison.

 

What ??? Really.... Why keep that POC ? Why pay her salary ? She has made countless individuals miserable at Merck. She has squandered hundreds of thousands of dollars on crony vendors in the training department.

Very interesting that Gearhardt and now Zeller get pushed out of the training department but yet keep their band 3 salary ??

Disgrace. They have connections in high places. This needs to be investigated !!!

 

yes Z's in MMD noe executive director hopping to spend millions of MMD's dollars (like she did in GHH) with her vendors Darrell & Steve from D.. and Whole Sys .. Someone should investigate!!! Millions & Millions of dollars spent over her 17 yrs with company in GHH with her friendly vendors on all of her decks...

 

Darn I misread this thread. Hoping Geller was shown the door. She doesn't do squat. Thought directors were supposed to direct, not neglect.

It all links back to Jen Ianetta's father. He is/was an exec within MMD.

Now the insanity makes sense. Zeller hired Ianetta in the mid-90s from MMD where she worked on an assembly line. To repay the favor, Zeller was protected through thick and thin, failed training, close questionable ties with lousy vendors, wasting millions of dollars in the process.

When Zeller was finally kicked to the curb by Trish Wentzel, it was Ianetta's contacts in MMD that held her a place.

Only at Merck.

Spent over 2 million on Customer Centricity ?? And we have nothing to show for that. Just like the millions spent on the new commercial curriculum. What a joke......

 

Hey, don't forget Zeller's MILESTONE Training. That hoax lasted 5 years and wasted in excess of 10 million. Absolutely great idea...given to her by a vendor...but, she could not figure out how to implement. Remember the absurd plaques, the gold stickers, the irrelevant course offerings.

There was also the "HCP Perspectives" project with Darrel and Whole Systems. That absurd foray into oblivion must have cost another 2-3 million and went.....

Zella is in bed with a select handful of vendors. She needs to be investigated.

If MMD training is all of a sudden handed off to Darrel at Whole Systems...I am going to the FDA and the FBI...local police...someone....this shit has to end.
