OK, students. Welcome to Reality 101. Please take out a sheet of paper and write down these 3 words: SOLSTAS. IS. DEAD. Read and repeat as many times as necessary for you to absorb the reality of the situation. Now that we've dispensed with accepting the reality of the situation, please commence to your carved-up rag-tag territory and proceed with making promises that you have absolutely no ability to follow-through on. And remember the magic words: NOTHING'S GOING TO CHANGE, NOT EVEN THE NAME, NOT THE LAB, NOT THE REP, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING'S GOING TO CHANGE!
Everyone knows that there will be change. Quest bought and paid for our talent and we will be replacing you. If it is in our interest to do so. Now try to learn something from the experience. Hope this helps .
It is funny how proud these clowns are about Quest buying SLP instead of being properly embarrassed by their own failure to compete. With all the resources of Quest Diagnostics at their back they still had to pay for our customers. I guess for them it is nothing new Paying for clients has always been the Quest way.
Welcome to Quest! Your pay has been cut in half. Your paperwork, conference calls and meetings have been multiplied. You will HATE your job and the company you work for. Hope this helps.
Our compensation is in line with our value. No doubt beyond your hopes and dreams. But the wealth we accumulate is secondary to our love of the work we do and our ongoing success. I am not surprised that you hate your job, are paid poorly and are micromanaged. Sounds like your entire life has been a failure. As we take over, try to learn from us. We will set a positive example for you if you are capible of learning. Hope this helps.
A critical error in understanding lab acquisitions. Never, I mean never, has a lab acquired another lab for "talent." It is always done for routine market share, specialty market share or proprietary testing. Unfortunately, good business development talent is a dime a dozen.
Spoken like someone whose skills are worth less than that. The professionals are about to take over where the dime a dozen armatures failed.
Oh brother. I've been involved in lab acquisitions and joint agreements. You might curb your snark and actually learn something.
Absolutely correct! Solstas reps will quickly learn how utterly insignificant they are in our pharmaceutical model, account management organization where the focus is on leakage, upsales and lost accounts instead of hunting, selling and closing!
Look at the stacked rankings for Q2. All you Quest peeps should be embarrased. The again, that's what they get when they keep employees around that have been there 15+ years. Now they will actually have to work. What a shame. Watch and learn!
Good quest is a much more professional company and all the upper management and executives have it coming to them
Hearing that the real realignment and shifting Solstas clients to Care360 and to the Atlanta Quest lab should be happening in Q4.
