She tends to do that to people she feels threatened by. It's ok though, she won't go any further than where she is. RA reads her like a book. It's up to local management to see her as a major contributor to the toxic environment and get rid of her

What did they do together?

 

For a start they built China into a successful business. There is no denying that RA is a good operator, and a very smart business man. Apparently LW is also a great strategic thinker

 

Why have so many jobs opened up in pharma/vision care? Are they cleaning house or have their been internal promotions. What is the team dynamic in that group? Is it a good team to be part of?

Internal promotions are the key reason. Great team with great internal culture which despite all of the other things you read on this blog make it a good team to work in. 7 new products for VC in 12 months so definitely on the improve in the market. New producg launches planned in Pharma. Great team of people. Motivated, hard working and supportive.

 

For great internal culture read terrible culture
For great team of people read no teamwork or trust
For supportive read supportive if you don't think, question or challenge
