A failure of a human being who thinks it's acceptable to play fast and loose with people's lives. If you were ever laid off (of course not, you're perfect, you're untouchable!) you would know that it's inevitable for everyone in pharma to be laid off. By your standards everyone will soon be trash, become impoverished and living curbside. Grow a conscience, trash man.

Good for you!! Enjoy the retirement package. It is nice to be able to retire.

Finally, no insignificant garbage. No hearing about how some people trash and destroy the other guy. No watching how utterly wicked people can be...

Just sit on the beach, read, golf, fish, watch the boats.....

TWO years down usually means you stick around. Yep some lowest ranked year after year got retained and promoted!

It's the people who had just ONE year off who were given a gold studded cuts last June ...

this manager of yours might be evil but he cant compare to the ones who gave the screw to those down just one year!

If you have the computer skills of a 10 year old, create an evaluation form and fill it in yourself.

Take the sales results spreadsheets you should have and change the numbers so you are always in the top 10%. Do it every six months for the last three years. Show it to the interviewer. Of course, if asked, you can’t leave it with them as it is a Merck document.

Go to a trophy shop with a Merck logo and have a couple plaques made putting you in some phony exclusive group like Presidents Club, Vice Presidents Circle, Directors Group or Rep of the Year. Create some stationary for a high position congratulating yourself for your performance.

Put it all in your “brag bag” for an interview.

Finally, have a friend call your CTL as if they were looking for a reference on you and record the call. If the manager buries you, then bury them with a call to HR for violating company policy. Tell the CTL you are calling HR so they live in fear.

Anyone who would say something like this is sick and twisted. Get therapy, you've got some serious issues.
