    sounds like AZ is still going to reject it. I wonder what shareholders think about that? I think I read it's $92/share?? Crap!

    Doubt it. Pfizer wanted to trade AZ stock paper for Pfizer's worthless stock paper. Cash is King, baby!

    Very true. If it was an all cash offer the deal would have been done. Pfizer stock (and the company) isn't what it used to be.
