COV is very top heavy especially in US where there are 3 layers of VPs especially in surgical commercials.
Agree. General surgical marketing especially, even small categories require several VPs to manage. Not an efficient use of budget. Too much fat to carry around.
Finance will all be outsourced to Eastern Europe. Asia can definitely be streamlined. As an example, it doesn't make sense to have country level marketing followed by regional level marketing. Too many redundancy.
