Have you guys succefully defended against them? A surgeon in my hospital is trialling it, with positive feedbacks.

If you consider GST a boon or a competitive threat in the big picture, that ain't good. In the microcosm of our day-to-day, *maybe*, but we were commoditized long ago.

 

If GST can be operated by a four year olds as you said, that is a big WIN from usability perspective. GST is much simpler compared to Tri Staple anyway.
