BMS is kicking our a.s.s. What are we going to do now?

 

Work for a company with ethics! To adapt a famous line from the movie Pretty in Pink, "Merck is shit, and deep down you know I'm right."

Why do you think we left this shithole? And if you only knew how much harder you are going to get crushed. Will we see more Merck ship-jumpers to BMS?

 

Best news my portfolio heard all week...but I am not entirely surprised. Merck lost their edge 20 years ago!

 

Isn't it a little TOO soon to be pessimistic?

 

I am screwed because no community oncs want to touch keytruda. We need a better strategy people!

 

Aren't most oncologists affiliated with large research hospitals? Can't you go after them?

 

BMS wont take any "Merck jumpers". Why would they?

 

Maybe not in sales/finance, but many great researchers went there several years ago.

 

The strategy is to eliminate any territories that sales are below average and is scheduled for this quarter.

 

False. How can territories shrink when Oncology is EXPANDING, jacko? Just ask your FAR more successful friends in other business lines who've been brought into the oncology big leagues!
