    Thumbs down. We had an executive rep who was bottom producing a few years straight. The guys MBA and ego kept him locked in tight with managers. Others got tossed and this guy stayed in place.

    The posts said bottom running for years. Makes no sense the MBA insures you safety if you're low for years straight. Does not speak well for MBA skills or the rep.

    From a 20000 foot view seems the executive and lead executive reps could be the keepers with the changes swirling around. Watching to see....but it seems some are inching their way into those spots. Views?
