Do Not Take Vacation During Holidays

Management is looking at this very closely to see who will go the "extra" mile and who is really "all in" once decision time comes soon.

There is a shut down most of the holiday time anyways so this conversation is really pointless.

 

This place is hr nightmare, taking vacation days and was questioned by DM on why and is that a good choice? They run this shop with no thought or care about hr implications bc hr is useless
