Theres a ton of organizations out there that operate more professionally and don't micromanage you to death. The pay is way better and you see your DM once a month IF that! Having a ride a long every other week is the most counterproductive and frustrating thing a company could possibly do to their reps. Many are leaving at the end of the quarter and many are desperately looking.
Amen...without a doubt this is a lousy outfit full of misfits and castoffs!! Good luck to the good ones left that are trying to leave, don't despair, the New Year usually brings about new opportunities.
