Patients will be deemed OTHER than first! Will they be 1.5th? Will they be 0.5rst? We shall see.

Lots of rumors but if some are true the morale and culture may just come back around. Let's hope so. People may be happy that they waited it out and didn't flee like many did.

Only one thing is for sure: Friday's call will involve new depths of rumpswabbery and brownsizing never before seen in GSK's history. Thank you deeDeeDee.

All divisions seem to be having calls Friday. I also heard managers have their RVP calls Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning dependent on division. We can only hope they have figured out the mess they have created does not boost morale or sales - they probably don't care about morale but bad sales has perhaps gotten someones attention.

Sounds like a fantastic opportunity for the Department of Health and Human Services to enforce that corporate integrity agreement, as GSK management decides to see just where crossing the line lies. Great opportunity also for you little do good ears to get your telephone recording gear ready!. Go get that low hanging fruit.

Perhaps they will announce that GSK (through HR) will no longer pay employees more or less based on the color of their skin. Maybe?

Simulation will be gone in 2015. Too expensive. Not sure about assessments. More weight placed on metrics such as call average, frequency on AG 1s and 2s, programs and the dreaded teleconferences.
    Behavioral based ratings will continue.

I'm surprised they are starting this downsizing info before December like they planned.

Here is the scoop. No more assessments in 2015. Only 1 simulation at year end. AND...NO LAY OFFS!!!! We have another year folks. All of the dooms sayers can give it a rest for another six to nine months. Enjoy the holidays and your friends and families!!

Can we take from this DC is gone as well by the start of 2015? Pt First was her baby and the sales team has been miserable since she showed up!

They never said anything about "no layoffs", but they also did not say there would be any either. How your bonus is weighted is being restructured, and your bonus will be paid annually.

The call tomorrow will be about patient first...everybody knows more or less what will be said. No more assessment and we will keep simulations. They did say there will be no simulation Q1. That is the good news or maybe not. Would you rather do assessments or simulations? Simulations could now be double the amount of time and they could also be on a live camera, we don't know. Call #2 is suppose to happen in the next couple of weeks. That will be Deidre and it will be about re-org. My guess is they are trying to give us good news first to drop the bomb next. Why no simulation Q1? Probably because Q1 there will be a lot of cross training etc due to reorg for those people that will remain. My guess is that although most people will not loose their jobs, lay-offs will be inevitable. Good luck to all and God Bless!
