Hope you all realize that we are being screwed out of our bonus payout next March. Payout next week is the $3000 advance for semester 2 performance with the balance to be paid out next quarter(March 2015). Unfortunately next quarter is now part of the "new" plan where we will get an advance for three quarters with the balance of our pay out due the last quarter in 2015. Way to go GSK!! Stick it to the reps one more time! All the work we have all done on the test, simulation and COTS this semester don't matter at all. We are all getting the exact same advance next week and in March 2015. For those of you in CVMU dont stress about your simulation. It doesn't' count at all! Next year payouts are all base on next years performance. Regardless of how they measure performance. Heck I wouldn't even try to give a correct answer, it just doesn't matter. Maybe HR has a better explanation of how our targeted payout for 2014 is going to be paid out. I for one think we just got hosed!!!!

What in the hell are you talking about?? It clearly spells out semester 2 2014 bonus is paid out March 13, 2015. Are you guys that stupid. Advance in July 2015, September 2015, November 2015 and "balance" based on all the "streams" in March of 2016!

So historically they have advanced a total of $6,000 per year. I doubt that they will advance more than, so they will now divide that in 3 so in July, Sept and Nov you will only get $2000 before taxes each time...and you better be very consistent ALL year because now they will be looking at you for 12 months before they decide if you even deserve 50% of the bonus.

How about real pay for real performance, paid at the time of the performance? There's a novel idea!

The longer people continue to debate completely bad, and getting worse policies, the deeper you sink into the "black hole" of GSK. Start looking for a better company to work for. The company that hired you no longer exists. You will be so glad you did.
