I just quit and couldn't be happier. New Solo territory, 18K bump in salary and $10K signing bonus! While interviewing every employer wanted a rep with a SOLO territory. They were turning down great reps from PODS left and right. If your numbers are good you have been warned, your stock will go down significantly next year once KK and PS implement these overlapping territories.
You are correct, but getting good work today is all about networking. Do you really think if you were in a POD and had a good friend on the inside pulling for you....that you are going to get passed over by someone NOT in a POD, but has no network into that company. Now, if the network was irrelevant...then you have something.
