Agree to deliver great numbers during q3 a time with so much uncertainty and turmoil was huge. It would have been nice to have the reward Q3/Q4 instead of Q1. The kicker is a nice added incentive don't get me wrong, but let's call it what it really is. "A retention bonus". It's a way to keep people doing well from jumping ship. Because leaving now would mean leaving behind the kicker.
A few thousand dollars more won't keep someone from jumping ship if they find a better opportunity. Nor will it keep someone from looking for a better opportunity.
for all that need to ask a question during a cc......please make sure you have a question....no need to ask them how they are doing and wait for response also....if you are doing nothing more than talking to hear your name and kiss the back side of the leaders, then do that in person at a POA and you might get a better ROI. by the way.....your name is announced by the moderator and there is no need to say this is (blank) again.
