Regular Territory manager: 70k base 100k variable at plan 150 is pretty easy to do, that extra 20 is a little tougher. Really need to blow it out to get past 170.
Does this apply to the diagnostic side? Notice there is an opening in Grand Rapids and thinking about putting in for it. Thanks for any help you can offer.
The comp plan seems fair but we are getting killed on price from the competition. I keep lowering my price to save my existing business so my quota keeps growing. You should expect to make between $125-$135K in this new market. The latest reimbursement change is also a challenge. It use to be a $170-$180K job a few years ago but I haven't seen that sort of money for the past 2 years.
keep lowering your price. that is the strategy of the new CEO. make commission and let him pretend to be wise.
