All EAM reps make $150k +. At plan is roughly $200-220, but it varies greatly depending on the territory. Reps are not making the killer $$ that they were 5-10 years ago, but it is one of the best gigs out there in my opinion. Pressure is less than most companies. The compliance and management is getting tighter and tighter, but still a great job. With Urology commissions steadily going down, the GI division is a great place to be.
