    I am a district sales manager for a copier company. I was approached by an O2 company to manage a sales force of 10 reps. What can I expect for a base and bonus?

    Are you kidding me? Might be a good question to ask in an interview! No wonder you're selling copiers.

    If you perform as a manager (mid level) district / Market Manager:

    Apria = 110-130K - know some
    PP : Don't know
    Rotech = 80-110K - knew one

    Respironics= Not a DME. Resp. device manufac.

    Wrong!

    I worked as a Sales Manager for Pacific Pulmonary Services. My base pay was $ 55K + incentive + quarterly bonus.

    Not a good company to work for! They value their employees about as much as a pimp values his flock!

    Documentation Performance, Center Growth %, Pharmaceutical Sales etc. was part of my incentive package.

    Not that I ever saw a dime of it, but that goes without saying!

    Nothing has changed within PPS in 2011, just getting worst. They find any reason why you will not get any bonus.
