LOL pre workout is pussy sh*t...

get on my level, inject 1/2 a Viagra and snort some crushed up ephedrine powder. the bulge out of your scrubs keeping all the nurses hot and bothered is how youll really win the account/hospital over.... I speak from experience

LOL, was at Starbucks yesterday and saw this dude trot in with his Stryker scrubs. Wonder if he realized what a douche he looked like. We just snickered behind his back. Too funny that some reps just don't realize how pathetic they look trying to be important.

Since yesterday was Sunday you need to work harder to be a better liar.

You let Stryker live rent free in your head. Be proud of that.

Trololololol this clown thinks reps only work M-F. Hospitals don't close on Sunday's, son. You better go update that resume of yours....

There is a very good chance the meathead SYK dudes reading this thread aren't the slightest bit insulted by the comments in this thread. I bet most of them are ripping off a few push ups, crushing a protein drink, looking in the mirror and saying to themselves, "effen-a right I'm f-enj huge!!! you pvssies are just jealous of my magnificence!!!"

In other words; hospitals need box openers every day of the week. See if the real decision makers are in their office on Sunday morning after you cover that case.

I can only assume that this was started by a woman. Guys do not think this way or care what you think of us wearing scrubs anywhere. If I have a case later in the day or going to the hospital I am going to wear scrubs that day; end of story. I'm not going to change clothes or take an extra change with me. Sometimes when I go to lunch I will take off the scrub top but I will be wearing scrubs at any airport on the way home.

I've worn company scrubs on a plane before. I was out of town helping with a cadaver lab in another city. I left the lab early and went straight to the airport to catch an early flight home due to bad weather that was projected... I'm not a rep. Work for corp. Not being a rep, I don't really care what people thought of me.

See at Stryker image is everything. If you are not a former D-3 linebacker, guard or whatever you are looked down on. This companys arrogance is amazing and this petty thread personifies the things that are important to the Stryker reps.

Being at a Starbucks makes you a douche more than wearing scrubs.

Any suggestions where an average guy can get a couple pairs of scrubs so I can score at Starbucks and the mall?

Only serious replies please, this is important.

well first, get a job as a sales rep. Don't think for a minute that any fool could do that. That gives you the credentials to get yourself into the locker room where they should have stacks of shirts in your size large. Carefully change in front of the mirror and at the end of the day, keep on walking...

While this has become somewhat of a joke, there have been times during my 7 year career at Stryker where I have had to travel in scrubs, for various reasons but never because I was looking for some kind of recognition for it.
The real recognition for a Stryker rep happens when you get to the account and the Drs, RNs, and staff recognize the best in the business has arrived and everything is under control. In the MDT world of today many Drs are getting farther away from the technology of the MDTs, the reps have become invaluable tools for them and an almost essential part of the OR staff due to our knowledge. I guarantee other companies dont have this respect or admiration at accounts.

I like wearing an NHL jersey and affecting a French-Canadian accent...works great in the South where NASCAR / SEC rules..makes you seem exotic.

Wait-you HAD to travel wearing your scrubs? You can't find 5 minutes to put your clothes on but have to help yourself to hospital scrubs? You are a lazy, unsanitary thief!

You are a complete fag man. How the hell can you not change out of your scrubs? I used to think it was cool, for a year or two maybe, but after that it was just gratuitous. You must be a selfie taking guy who needs that affirmation. I am much more comfortable changing into my clothes before leaving the hospital, even if only to grab a bite and come right back. I'm surprised your hospital puts up with that.

"Best in the business" is a stretch at best. You guys are great at dropping your pants for business, but for consulting on technique? You have to be shitting me. You're fine in your little place of ignorant bliss. Makes it easier for the rest of us to take shit from you.
